I kick off the process with a discussion with the Associate Product Manager (APM) to align on the key features planned for the upcoming sprint. This helps establish a clear direction, ensuring that design efforts are focused on business and user needs from the start.

Requirement Analysis
Once the APM provides the Product Requirement Document (PRD), I carefully review its contents to understand the project scope. I analyze user needs, business goals, and possible edge cases that may not be explicitly mentioned, ensuring a well-thought-out design approach.

Design & Exploration
Within 2 days, I create multiple design variations that cover different scenarios and use cases. This includes wireframes, UI components, and interactions. I ensure that my designs are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with the product vision.

Review & Feedback
Once the initial designs are ready, I present them to the APM and clients for feedback. This session helps validate the design decisions, refine details, and ensure that the final product aligns with client expectations. Constructive discussions help shape the design into its best form.
